Sports deployments are about information as much as spectacle: who is playing where, who is winning, and what the sponsor paid to show.
Brackets, field assignments, live scoring and highlight loops at a central hub so families aren't chasing paper schedules.
Start-line programming, finish-line feeds and sponsor content — the Chicago Marathon ran on two 16′ × 9′ trailers from this fleet.
Leaderboards, hole-by-hole graphics and hospitality-area viewing on a screen that stays bright across a long day outdoors.
Live results and timing feeds at the finish — Showtime supports Midwest Timing's Kansas cross country meet in Lawrence.
Pre-game programming, hype content and live broadcast at plazas and stadium districts — Sporting KC, KC Diamonds and Fan Fest style footprints.
Athlete introductions, drill boards and live video so scouts, parents and coaches see the same picture.
One trailer, or a network of them.
A sports deployment usually starts with the content source. We take a camera feed, a scoring system, a laptop or a broadcast signal, and put it on the screen with audio if the event needs it.
- SIGNAL & SCORING
HDMI/SDI camera feeds, scoring software, presentation decks and live TV — one source or a switched mix.
- PLACEMENT
Trailers position where sightlines are best — a central hub, the finish line, a hospitality lawn — and can move between sessions.
- SPONSOR INVENTORY
Sponsor loops and rotations run between live segments, turning screen time into partner value.
- MULTI-DAY & MULTI-SCREEN
Weekend tournaments and multi-site meets run on several trailers with signal distribution between them.

Which screen for a sports event?
Viewing distance and sun angle decide it. Most single-site tournaments run a 16′ × 9′ or 12′ × 7′; concourse and two-way traffic use the double-sided trailer.

The primary viewing screen for fan zones, finish lines and large hospitality lawns where the crowd stands well back.

Tighter pixel pitch for closer crowds — tournament hubs, timing tents and leaderboard duty near the action.

Two faces on one trailer for entrances, concourses and paths where fans pass in both directions.
